I guess if anything could have held him back it would have been Lilly. I can't help but think that he would have found a way to do something to Logan, though, especially after Lilly's death.

I thought that the poker game definitely took place in a poolhouse, but I don't remember there being a bed there. Maybe it was in a different area of the same room, but the cameras seemed pretty specifically trained on the bed, so I don't know how much it would have picked up anywhere else.
