How did Aaron manage to find Veronica's car so easily? Is he that conversant with the automobile choices of Logan's circle of friends?
VM tends to let a lot of details like that slide a bit, but the best I can do is say he'd have seen it when he took her home, if not before. And certainly the way this all came out puts a different light on his niceness during the drive home that afternoon.
What was in that stupid spy pen?
Possibly nothing... possibly Logan's letter? I'm doubting the letter because Weevil went after Logan with the crowbar, but there's the slimmest possibility that he really intended to collect Logan and go after Duncan. I know, I know. Stretching a loooootttt.
Was poor little Marisol Reyes just a sad coincidence?
Or a framing statement for the entire class struggle theme...They could resurrect this next year in many ways.
Will Celeste be booked on obstruction of justice as well? What about good old Clarence?
God, I hope so!
Is Veronica eligible for the reward money originally put up for information leading to the arrest of Lilly's murderer?
No telling. I'm thinking it depends on whether RT wants to mix up the class structure a bit and tell a "you can't go home" story. I've got some deeper thoughts on this one percolating for a post sometime soon...
Where is Backup?
Again with VM skipping over some of the details, I suspect. Smart money says Wallace, whose mom sent him, but I'm leaning a little teeny tiny bit toward Logan or Weevil at this point. Duncan would make me gag, but not surprise me too much more than Wallace. I think she called someone, and was hoping they'd turn up. Who would she call? Well, Duncan was an eye witness, which puts him bottom of the list. Wallace she'd have talked to when she called Alicia. Logan she tried to get hold of earlier, and probably would have tried to find him again. Weevil she'd have called, perhaps, based on his having overheard her conv. earlier, and because he's her go-to guy for doing things. Lots of ways that could come out, but there was something in her expression at the door that makes me think she was taking in a surprising view of whomever it was she was 'hoping' for.
What's on that third tape that Lilly stole from the pool house?
Celeste. *grins* I'm afraid that tape was destroyed in the fire, though. Didn't she put them in the garbage can and someplace else where the fire was?
Did we ever know definitively (ie from a source other than Veronica's reconstruction of the crime) what the muder weapon actually was?
I don't think they said so textually, but she'd almost have to have known about the murder weapon if it really was an ashtray thrown in the pool. In fact, that'd be how she figured out how the scene played. Knowing the murder weapon is just about the only way to get from tapes to the Kane mansion/pool scene she reconstructed.
Has Wallace's little brother disappeared off the face of the earth?
Yup. Far as I can tell.
Why would Logan be considered any more dangerous than other potential suspects? Her interactions with Logan were in public places. That inequity disturbs me.
I really read this whole thing as an extension of her mental state from the last ep...she's been on the verge of losing it for a while now, and when she found out Logan might have done it, I think she just went off the deep end. That said, she was giving in on the beach before Daddy showed up, and she went to the Kane's to find the letter to clear Logan, not to find murder tapes... She was schizophrenic this whole episode, and it makes sense to me that she would be, given what she's been dealing with mentally. That didn't stop me from calling her a 'stupid girl' at times and wanting to shake her, but I do think she's been falling apart since the rape was resurrected.
Finally, would you really want to revisit a relationship with a guy who's admitted that he had sex with you while he was under the impression that you were siblings?
no subject

Ugh, no. Just no.
