I had to think about this one for a little while and decided to go for very specific to me locations rather than more general places. In no particular order.
1. The hammock at my father-in-law's vacation home on Lake Leelanau with the wind rustling the leaves of the silver beeches. 2. The beach at night. Particularly on the NC coast and in Hawaii. 3. My mother's house. 4. Yale, specifically the Silliman dining hall and courtyard. 5. My bathtub late at night when everything is quiet in my house.
