I've read Charlaine Harris's series and enjoyed them a lot. Although I think that one came out recently that I haven't read yet. I'll have to check and see if my library has it in stock yet.

Enchanted, Inc. I haven't heard of, but it sounds intriguing. And I'm glad that you reminded me of The Secret History of the Pink Carnation. I remember reading a review of that and being intrigued. Especially because Possession is arguably my favorite book of all time. :)
