Heh. Fair question, and it'll teach me to reply on the run!
The main place where we differ is probably in our reaction to the season up to now. I haven't been as obsessively fascinated by it as I was toward the end of last season, but I've been enjoying it a lot and haven't really had any reservations.
As for your episode thoughts, I concur! Love the ongoing consequences, seeing Abel, Clarence, Aaron, and Cliff.
I doubt Duncan will turn out to actually have any guilt, but my reasons are all meta rather than story-related. I'm sure it will come up again in the trial, though, and I really can't wait. As people have said elsewhere, there's a pretty strong element of doubt there if Duncan's own parents thought him the murderer and they have legal proof that his parent covered up the murder details. It should be a great ride!
