A meme to distract me
Random Meme
1. thank the person who tagged you.
2. list 5 random/strange/weird things about you.
3. tag 5 other people.
Thanks to
muffinkath7 for tagging me. The person I was most nervous about meeting in Toronto who turned out to be my partner in late night conversation as we talked until 5am in the hotel room. I'm glad that I've gotten to know you. :)
1. The sound of fingernails on chalk boards doesn't bother me at all. In fact, I used to do it to watch people react. But, the sound of metal on metal makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up and not in the good way.
2. I prefer my Coke to be room temperature. I don't ever store it in the refrigerator although having it with ice in a restaurant is fine. And if a restaurant doesn't serve Coke products, it's unlikely that I'll eat there again even if the food is fine. *spits on Pepsi products*
3. When I was a kid I thought that checking out a library book meant that you'd entered a sacred contract to read the entire book and thus I had to finish everything before I returned it even if I ended up not liking the book. It's still hard for me to not finish a book if I start it because I feel like I'm cheating somehow.
4. I didn't get a driver's license until I was 25.
5. I did Public Speaking and Model UN all through high school, but I still get incredibly nervous when speaking in front of large groups of people.
I'm not going to tag specific people. If this appeals to you and you haven't done it yet, consider yourself tagged. :)
