The ride is supposed to mimic a service elevator in an old 13 story Hollywood hotel that suddenly starts to drop and then goes through a series of erratic ups and downs. Turbulence was the best comparison that I could think of to describe the experience.

Disney is definitely an experience. I'm glad we went, but I can't see being someone who needs to go back every year.
