My weekend in brief

In between Durham Summer Swim League Championships (the Piranhas won for the fourth straight year!! Go team!), the team awards banquet (N got most valuable 6 and Under Girl Swimmer and J got a Coaches award), and crying over the season ender of Doctor Who (*sniff*), I managed to get another book read. #62 is the final book in The Crucible trilogy by Sara Douglass. The Crippled Angel was a little shorter than the preceding two, but it wrapped up the series fairly neatly. A very unique take on angels and their true natures I have to say.

Did I get anymore freelance work done over the weekend? *looks guilty* Um, no. And now I have to go out and buy birthday presents for N who turns 7 on Wednesday. There are also a couple of other birthdays in the next few days for which I need to get gifts. Now that swim season is over, the rest of my life kicks into high gear.
