Yes, it's a meme, but it's an oddly accurate one. Given that my primary motivation for going to Dragon*Con was the fact that a big chunk of the Firefly cast would be there, I'm greatly amused by the following.

In other news, I bought tickets to go see Death Cab in late October. Should be fun. Other happy things include the very cool Belk summer clearance sale that I hit today where if you bought one item marked down 50% or more you got a second item of equal or lesser value free. Liz Claiborne halter top sundress in white print on a lime background? Check. Retro embroidered pink sundress by Sigrid Olsen? Check. 60s geometric print sleeveless dress in red, hot pink, and black? Check. Plus a 2 piece silk ensemble pairing black pants with a fuchsia and black geometric floral print poet's shirt with black beading. The last item is cooler looking than my description makes it sound, I promise. lol

To top it all off, VM premiere *and* the Serenity movie premiere next week. *happy sigh*

ooh! Jealous! I want Death Cab tickets! They went on sale on Saturday here and I've been toying with whether or not to go - it's the same weekend I'm going to see Rob Thomas in Sacramento, but the Death Cab show is in San Francisco - which is a lot of ground to cover in one weekend. Decisions, decisions...

I just reinstalled my AIM (which Greg had deleted from the computer) so I now have the technology to chat once again! I say we should most definitely go for it. *crosses fingers and hopes for good Logan in the upcoming season* Poor baby.
