Ah, thank you for clearing that up. I'm actually going to be trying something similar but it's just called a breakfast casserole. Although in my case it's going to have sausage as the meat and there are no tomatoes, but otherwise the same basic idea. I got the recipe from a friend who swears by it and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it turns out well.
