I worked set up three days last week, cashiered on Saturday, and worked cleanup today and am oh, so very tired, but it was worth it.
Here's my haul for Spring 2006.

Sounds like you have your reading list for what? A month? lol You are putting us all to shame Angela!

I will be interested to see what you think of Balzac and the Little Chinese Seamstress. I had to read it for my book club. I thought it was okay, but nothing special. At least it's a quick read. :)

Let me try this again.

It was a great sale. There were huge amounts of things to choose from and I had to exercise at least a little restraint. Yes, that list is *after* using restraint. It could have been much, much worse. Of course, Greg would have hurt me if I'd brought home even more. lol

I think it might last me a little bit longer than that. ;) I've already read "Assassination Vacation" though. I've decided that you should always have a book with you. It gives you something to do while you're waiting either in the car for kids or for appointments. Rory Gilmore was smart about that. lol Perhaps I should check out the "Portable Dorothy Parker" as well.

I'll definitely tell you what I think of "Balzac and the Little Chinese Seamstress". I've heard mixed reviews, but the cover art is beautiful and that attracted my attention.
