The vagaries of the weather
Apr. 24th, 2005 04:16 pmIt was 90 here earlier this week and today it isn't going to make it
out of the 50's. Relatively cold weather feels downright frigid after a
hot spell. I've turned the heat on and off at least 3 times so far this
spring. Oh, the insanity!!
Make it stop!
Anyone else feeling apprehensive about Star Wars III? I feel obligated to see it (although I've successfully managed to avoid seeing Phantom Menace), but I know that it's just going to be so incredibly depressing. Even Lucas says that it's a depressing movie. At least according to the article in this week's EW. "it's sad, dark, and basically a tearjerker" being the exact Lucas quote. What an odd way to end such a genre altering franchise. Talk about going out not with a bang, but with a machine assisted ominous breath. My poor Anakin. *pets him* Not to mention I have a fire/burning phobia. So that lava planet sequence is going to be horrific. I'm shuddering already.
