Why do I find this one funny you ask? Because my book group met earlier in the week and this month's book was The Eyre Affair by Jasper Fforde. Dodos and time travel both figure prominently. What are the odds? ;)

Serenity was very enjoyable and our showing sold out. There were some very sad sci-fi individuals who couldn't get tickets. There was lots of laughing and audible reactions to some other plot events. If you're planning to see it, think about going this weekend and next weekend. Remember, an 80 million gross worldwide would mean securing funding for another movie.

Now, I'm off to supervise Saturday cleaning. The joys of motherhood are rich and varied. ;)
