The vagaries of the weather

It was 90 here earlier this week and today it isn't going to make it out of the 50's. Relatively cold weather feels downright frigid after a hot spell. I've turned the heat on and off at least 3 times so far this spring. Oh, the insanity!!   Make it stop!

Anyone else feeling apprehensive about Star Wars III? I feel obligated to see it (although I've successfully managed to avoid seeing Phantom Menace), but I know that it's just going to be so incredibly depressing.  Even Lucas says that it's a depressing movie.  At least according to the article in this week's EW.  "it's sad, dark, and basically a tearjerker" being the exact Lucas quote.  What an odd way to end such a genre altering franchise. Talk about going out not with a bang, but with a machine assisted ominous breath.  My poor Anakin. *pets him* Not to mention I have a fire/burning phobia. So that lava planet sequence is going to be horrific.  I'm shuddering already.

I'm *very* apprehensive about it Angela! Admittedly, the trailers are getting me excited, because it *looks* like it could be good....but the trailers made the other two look good too, and both were disappointing. I'm afraid they'll let me down in the end, but I suppose we'll see. I'll be there to see it for sure...
