Back in the meme swing o' things
Apr. 26th, 2007 12:43 pmGiven that I reread the Pullman trilogy not that long ago, this one appealed to me.
I approve. I'm definitely a cat person and my last name starts with a Z. It would've been better if it had been a snow leopard, but you can't have everything. I'll just have to use one in an icon instead. Do you feel it's a good match?

Date: 2007-04-26 06:08 pm (UTC)Just heard that SciFi will be starting S3 of Doctor Who in July. Yay! I'm watching the eps on my computer as they air in the UK, but I do like to see them on TV, too.

Date: 2007-04-26 08:51 pm (UTC)I'd seen that announcement about DW on SciFi. I downloaded the first three eps of the latest season and watched the first two but I haven't had any interest in watching the third and didn't even download the fourth. I just adored Eccleston and while I like Tennant fine, Tennant without Rose isn't working that well for me. Too much transition in a relatively short period of time I think. Perhaps I'll be more interested over the summer. Is Jack supposed to crossover to DW this season?

Date: 2007-04-27 02:31 am (UTC)I definitely miss Rose, but I'm enjoying the new season anyway. I liked the Shakespeare ep a lot, actually. I just watched that again last night. But I have chosen to be delusional about this and believe that all the Rose mentions (in every episode so far!) mean that *something* is going to happen to resolve the whole separate universes thing. I can be patient, so long as Tennant goes around looking all cute and emo with the awesome, crazy hair.
