About to undertake the American pilgrimage

Yes, we leave tomorrow to go to the House of Mouse. Disney World here we come. We're heading down with Greg's dad for a long weekend. The plan is to do the Magic Kingdom on Saturday, Disney MGM on Sunday (with dinner at the Brown Derby and tickets to Fantasmic), and probably back in the Kingdom on Monday before flying home. We'll be staying in the park at The Grand Floridian which means that we'll be on the monorail. I haven't been to Disney World in a very long time (although I've been to DisneyLand twice in the past decade) and the kids have never been so it should be a lot of fun. Of course, I still have to do all the packing and get the house tidied up so that the poor catsitter isn't horrified, but in the immortal words of Miss Katie Scarlett, "tomorrow is another day!" Fortunately, we don't have to be at the airport until about 2:45.
